Chris and I have been so impressed with every aspect of the service that you have provided. From the outset, there was a professional, ‘can do’ attitude, which did not waiver throughout. The timing of the food service was perfect and the quality was exceptional. The drinks also flowed seamlessly (an achievement given the quantity we all consumed!). Chris works in hospitality so he truly appreciates how hard it is to deliver this high level of service.
You will be pleased to hear that the feedback has been truly amazing with many asking who we used as caterers given the quality of the food. There were also numerous comments on the excellent presentation of the staff and their positive vibe.
Cassie – I can’t thank you enough for your calm and organised approach on the day. You were able to respond to the needs of our guests and I was able to relax knowing that you had everything under control.
The kitchen remained noticeably clean throughout the evening and given your attention to detail, there was very little for me to do in the way of cleaning up the following day (which was a huge benefit given many guests were here well after midnight). You and your team really are exceptional operators!
Now that covid restrictions have eased, I think people really appreciated being part of a fabulous night filled with fun and friendship. Thank you for making that possible. If ever the need for a referral arises, we would be more than happy to speak highly of our experience. Whilst we are not planning any events just yet, our first call will be to Blanco Horner when we do! I will arrange payment of the account balance later today and wish you well for future events,
